SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 11 Supporting federal funding                                                                       
for veterans' health care and urging the United States Congress to                                                              
ensure adequate funding for veterans' health care, was read the second                                                          
time.                                                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the resolution                                                             
be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final                                                          
passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
